Eligibility for Returns: You may return most items purchased from Container-29 within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

- Customized or modified containers
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@container-29.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item and include a copy of your original order confirmation and the RA number.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return Policy. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 21 days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 21 days, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for your refund to be officially posted. - Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
